Business Accomplishments
Todd has proven that he is strongly motivated to achieve optimal results. Todd became a licensed realtor in 1999. His first year with ERA he was awarded “Rookie of the Year” for his outstanding accomplishments. In 2001 and 2002 he proved himself again and earned his place in the Million Dollar Club. In 2003 Todd tripled his sales to be in excess of 14 million dollars and in 2004 he doubled his sales from the previous year with over 28 million in sales and was recognized as the #1 team with ERA Harrington Realty and #7 with the ERA Franchise nation wide. In 2005 Todd sold over 33 million in real estate and was ranked #3 with ERA Harrington Realty and # 9 with the ERA Franchise. As a Top Producer, Todd knows no limits when it comes to success. He has been recognized as being among the Best of the Best of ERA by the ERA Franchise and has received an exclusive invitation to attend Beyond Excellence for the past 3 consecutive years. In addition, Todd has been recognized for his outstanding production and achieved the Leader’s Circle designation in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Todd strives to grow professionally through continuous study and through his participation in the community where he lives and works. In 2004 Todd received an award from the Central DE Chamber of Commerce for being tops in a 6 month leadership program. Todd is a graduate of the acclaimed Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia and a graduate of Dover High School where he was inducted into the National Honor Society and is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie School. In addition, through his proven expertise in serving clients at the very highest professional level he has earned the advanced accreditation as an Affinity Specialist and is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist.
Local Board
Todd constantly seeks to broaden his professional horizons. In 2002 Todd served as the Social Chair for Kent County Association of Realtors. In 2004 he served as Kent County’s RPAC Chairman. The accomplishments of Todd and his committee far exceeded expectations. Funds received were at 300% with 78% participation by realtors. A total of 6 local offices had 100% participation. In 2005 Todd served on the RPAC committee, in which Kent County saw the most money ever collected and had the most “Sterling R” contributors of any board. Because of his dedication and accomplishments, he was awarded the “President’s Award” from the 2005 DAR President, Vincent White and was chosen as the 2006 Kent County Realtor of the Year. Todd is quite active in the Real Estate world and is currently serving on the Convention Committee at state level and RPAC and Govt. Affairs Committee at the county level.
Realtor Spirit
Todd possesses a personal magnetism which inspires the co operation and confidence of others. He supports the realtor industry with financial contributions and through his participation in realtor functions as well as political functions. He is very attune to Levy Court issues and is in attendance at these hearings in order to stay on top of the current events within the real estate world that affects the Kent County community. Todd is always present at the KCAR sponsored events, and makes strong efforts to attend State sponsored events. Todd has offered his experience and assistance to new REALTORS® within his office by sharing his success strategies as well as giving advice to REALTORS® in competing offices. Todd also works on local committees as well as state wide committees. He takes pride in a job well done and greets each new task as an opportunity for accomplishment.
Civic Activity
Todd continues to be very active in the community. In 2004 he donated $6,000 to Dover High School towards upgrades for the football field. Again, in 2005 Todd made another substantial contribution to Dover High in the amount of $5,000 for the purchase of new basketball wall pads. In 2006 he donated money to the Robbins Hose Volunteer Fire Company. Todd is definitely a team player. No matter what the request, Todd can always be depended on to volunteer and follow through when no one else will. Todd plays a vital role with the ERA Harrington Realty charity committee, which has helped raise thousands of dollars for local charities including Murphy’s School, Mom’s House, Boys and Girls Club, Muscular Dystrophy, Special Olympics. Todd’s other contributions to the local community includes raising funds for other non profit organizations which include a senior health clinic and MS. Todd assisted with building a new home for a local family with Habitat for humanity and has volunteered numerous hours working side by side with the American Heart Association as one of their favorite black jack dealers at the Affair of the Heart.
Significant Contributions
Based on Todd’s success and rank in Kent County in ’04, he was asked by TREND to attend an idea exchange to offer improvements to the MLS. Todd is a major donor of RPAC and has been a Sterling R contributor for 3 consecutive years, including 2006.
